Students taking part in Diana Award training in December 2024

The Diana Award Anti-bullying Training ( Published: 09/12/2024)

As part of the school’s commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, our Key Stage 3 Student Leaders participated in The Diana Award’s anti-bullying training, as part of the Anti-bullying Ambassador Programme.

On Monday 2nd December 2024, all Key Stage 3 Student Leaders took part in the session. Students learned about the signs of someone being bullied, strategies to help young people who report bullying, and how to be a good upstander. The students are now working on a plan to gain more badges from The Diana Award.

The students presented themselves well. They learned how to be an upstander and have shown a real interest in ensuring bullying is addressed. The students have some fantastic ideas that we have already started planning.
