We show respect for all other people and recognise our common humanity.

We ensure all members of our community are treated equitably.

We expect the best from ourselves. We have ambition and will not let ourselves be limited.

We show empathy and kindness to others.

We are prepared to work hard to achieve our dreams.

Primary Performances at The East Manchester Academy ( Published: 13/01/2023)

As part of the our Creative Arts programme, TEMA have been working with local partner primary schools to explore and develop drama skills.

During the first term of school, Mr Pinnington visited Ashbury Meadow Primary School to deliver a number of drama workshops. During these, students explored life skills such as confidence building, working as a team, and being able to speak confidently in front of an audience.

Throughout the project, students devised their own performance based on ‘working together to help a friend’. This was performed in the TEMA performance space, where friends and family came to watch and celebrate, enjoying the festivities with tea, coffee, and mince pies.
