As part of our commitment to promoting higher educational pathways for students, Year 11 students recently visited FutureSkills, Media City, to learn more about the range of opportunities in the Greater Manchester region. Students learned about the degree level courses offered at FutureSkills, including Media Production, Media Make Up and Accounting, as well as discussing university life. Students enjoyed the tour of the campus and the facilities at Media City, including the working recording studio and sound stage.

The East Manchester Academy students were the first group I have taken on a tour of Media City and I was delighted with how they engaged with us today.
